Instantmedia Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Instantmedia’s website, services, and products. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on instantmedia.dk, owned and operated by Instant Media, Denmark. By using our website and purchasing our services, you fully accept these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Instant Media provides digital social media marketing services, including delivery of followers, likes, views, comments and other engagement on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.

2.2 All services are digital and delivered online. No physical products are included.

2.3 To receive our services, your profile or content must remain public on the relevant social media platform throughout the delivery period. Orders cannot be fulfilled if your profile is set to private.

2.4 Instant Media reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are deemed to violate applicable law or the terms of service of any social media platform.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.2 We reserve the right to change our prices. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.

3.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website.

4. Payment

4.1 Instant Media accepts the following payment methods: MobilePay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and other methods available at checkout.

4.2 Payment is charged upon placing the order. The order is activated immediately after payment is confirmed.

4.3 All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

5. Delivery

5.1 Digital services typically begin within 0–24 hours after a confirmed order, unless otherwise stated on the specific service.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the service type and current capacity. In some cases delivery may take up to 72 hours.

5.3 Instant Media is not responsible for delays caused by changes in social media platform algorithms or policies.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. However, since our services are digital content that begins delivery immediately upon purchase, the customer waives the right of withdrawal by accepting these terms and consenting to immediate delivery.

7. Complaints & Refunds

7.1 Complaint Rights
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. If a service is defective or not delivered as described, you may be entitled to a re-delivery, credit or refund depending on the situation.

7.2 When you may be eligible for a refund:

  • The service was not delivered within the stated delivery time with no notice from our side

  • You paid for a service but the order has not yet started — contact us within 24 hours

  • A duplicate payment or technical error occurred during checkout

7.3 When refunds are NOT provided:

  • The service has been fully or partially delivered

  • Your profile was set to private during delivery, preventing fulfillment

  • You have violated our Terms & Conditions

  • Followers, likes or engagement are lost after delivery due to social media algorithm changes

7.4 How to request a refund:
Send an email to support@instantmedia.dk with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Your email address

  • A short description of the issue

We will respond within 2–5 business days.

7.5 Refund method:
Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used at checkout (e.g. MobilePay, credit card). Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If a bank transfer is required, please include your account number and sort code in your email.

8. Liability

8.1 Instant Media is not liable for loss of followers, likes or engagement resulting from changes to social media platform algorithms or policies after delivery.

8.2 We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond the quantity stated in the purchased service.

8.3 Instant Media is not responsible for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by social media platforms.
